LET THE BABBLING COMENCE!

Uh...hi *waves* I started drawing about 2 years ago I think, after obsessing over DBZ and Beyblade. Well, I say that in the past tense, nothing has changed at all! I do already have a DA account, which I've been bombarding with my pictuers for almost as long. For colouring my pictures I use a free downloadable programme called Pixia; I am cheap and cannot afford PS. Plus, PS is waaaay too complicated for my simple mind. Recently I did manage to get my hands on Open Canvas, which I'm gradually learning to use.

Obsessions include YAOI! OMFG! *squee* That'll appear most, so if you don't like it you won't like me at all. I also like yuri, but not nearly to the extent that I fangirl over yaoi. I read fanfiction pretty much all the time that I'm not swearing at my pencil for refusing to draw what I can see in my head. The main type of fanfiction that I read is of the pr0n variety; gotta love those PWPs and the zesty goodness of a well-written lemon, although I have been known to stick with a 100+ chaptered fic that has no lemons in it at all! *le gasp* It is a shock I know, but please, close your mouths!

Fandoms I tend to lurk in/read fanfiction/draw for are Gundam Wing, Sailor Moon, Beyblade, Shaman King, DNAngel, Fruits Basket, Digimon, Harry Potter, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Fushigi Yuugi, Demon Diary, Neon Genesis Evangelion and a couple of others that evade me at this moment in time.

I'm a major book geek and spend all of my money on novels and manga, which leaves me completely broke ;~; I've run out of space in my room so there are piles of books that I navigate by. Favourite authors include: Terry Pratchett, Lian Hearn, Garth Nix, Tom Holt, Robert Rankin and Janet Evanovich. Even though I love Harry Potter, I personally think that J.K.Rowling is an absolutely awful writer! Her books read like bad fanfics *twitch* but I read them anyway because I love the characters/plot and fanfiction that is produced in the fandom.
